Yennis Pinon LLC was started by Yennisleydis Pinon on a simple idea: clean a home the way you'd want your own cleaned, show up when you said you would, and treat every house like the family lives there — because they do. The business has grown almost entirely by word of mouth across West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and the rest of Palm Beach County, one satisfied neighbor at a time.

Cleaning in South Florida teaches you things quickly. Humidity that grows mildew in grout lines and shower corners within weeks. Salt air and sprinklers that film over sliding glass doors and lanai screens. Sand and pollen tracked in year-round. The work that lasts is the work done in those spots — the drain, the oven interior, the track of the sliding door — and that is where we spend our time.

Today we handle residential and commercial cleaning, general cleaning, glass and window cleaning, laundry, and closet organization, from Port St. Lucie down to Hollywood and Davie — with Yennis on every job. We're open seven days a week, 8 AM to 6 PM, every estimate is free, and everything from the first call to the final walkthrough can happen in English or Spanish.
